Where to begin? They advertised a heated pool and a hot tub. It had neither. The first time they cleaned our room, they took all the towels and washcloths… And left none. The cards they gave us for our room did not work and so they had to switch our rooms. Then those cards did not work. So they moved us again. Those cards did not work! They finally got those cards working, but every time after that that we tried to get into our room, the cards were dead, and we had to get them reactivated. Less than half of the gym equipment was working. On yet another day when we had to go down to get our room cards activated, they alerted us that we were supposed to check out that day. I said that I booked the room until the next day. They said that was wrong. And yet they never alerted us. And so we had to scramble and pack up in a hurry and get out. We still have not received the $100 deposit that they promised would be returned upon check out and we left the room in pristine condition.

This may have been the worst hotel that I have been to in my life. The hotel is completely run down. They had to switch my room because the AC didn't work and the room was 78 degrees. There was no refrigerator in the room. There were only 2 towels in the room and when I aske for more towels they said they did not have any more in the entire hotel. The leak in the lobby was the least of my worries. We did not feel safe in the lobby at night as there were sketchy people walking around. The room keys didn't work and needed to be replaced often. I have no idea how this hotel has not been shut down.

Before my stay here I was unaware that Radisson was Spanish for "dump." Too many problems to list. The vibe was super sketchy. They should have used the water leaking thru the roof in the lobby to refill the empty fountains or the broken hot tub in the pool area. Needed a room change due to a nonfunctional tv. Key cards issued didn't work. Weight room is a joke filled with mostly broken equipment including the water cooler. Coffee maker in room didn't work due to missing pieces. Weird smells everywhere and vending/ice machines non existent. Staff tried to be helpful but couldn't cover for the disrepair and neglect of the building. Sad.

Do not stay here. Not safe. Very run down building. Run down rooms. Staff is missing most the time. I tried to call the front desk and got no answer after trying to call multiple times. Finally called the cops since I heard loud noises coming from the room next to me for hours. Cops told me this is not a safe a place. Cops told me to leave immediately for my safety. Do Not Stay here, especially if you are a female alone!

I have never stayed in such a dirty hotel! From the moment I arrived and the front desk attendant was wearing a winter ski hat, and a dirty sweatshirt I should have known things were not good! Everything in this hotel needs to be updated. They really should close it clean and update and clean all the facilities! No matter where you looked, it was dirty and beaten down! From all appearances, they should pay people to stay here instead of charging! I hope I can post some pictures. I have never written a bad review, but felt compelled to warn people of what they are walking into. Every piece of carpeting had multiple stains ! My bathroom ceiling was cracked and missing plaster! All of my bedding appeared, wrinkled! You needed a jacket, a hat and gloves to sit in the lobby of the hotel. It was so cold. I strolled into the pool area. The hot tub was drained cracked and falling apart and the indoor pool was about 55°. The Buffay breakfast was edible, but the room was so dark and cold. It was difficult to stay in various employees, walked through the Buffay breakfast, and carried on conversations that were totally inappropriate for a restaurant. I hope I can post pictures.!
